At CellTech Trailers, we’re committed to building high-quality, long-lasting trailers using industry-leading materials and craftsmanship. Every trailer includes a limited warranty to give you peace of mind and protect your investment.
02. Core Component Warranty
What Our Warranty Covers
CellTech Metals Panels
- 10-Year Warranty against delamination and loss of structural rigidity
- Applies to all panels used in the trailer’s walls, roof, floor, and ramp
Frame Structure
- Painted Frame: 5-Year Warranty
- Galvanized Frame: 10-Year Warranty
- Coverage begins from the date of manufacture
Dexter Axles
- 5-Year Warranty (provided directly by Dexter)
Additional Components
- 1-Year Warranty on lights, trim, doors, windows, hinges, ramps, tracks, and extrusions
- Aftermarket products not installed by CellTech may be covered separately by the supplier.
Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to trailers used under normal service conditions, maintained properly, and free of damage from accidents or misuse.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Corrosive or extreme environments
- Repairs not authorized by CellTech
- Customer-supplied or aftermarket components
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your trailer may qualify for warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact the Dealer where you purchased your trailer.
- Your Dealer will file the claim directly through CellTech’s online Dealer Portal.
- Warranty claims are reviewed and handled by CellTech’s Warranty Department. All approved repairs must be performed at an authorized location.
Customers are responsible for transportation to and from the repair facility.
